Over the past several months, I've shared a bit about the evolution of my business that is happening this season.

It has required a lot from me. Taking a break, trying new things, letting go of offers that don’t fit, exploring new directions, and asking some big questions, like:

• What's next?
• What do I want to leave behind?
• What does the new version look like?

It hasn't been comfortable… and yet, it has been clarifying.

One thing I've realized is that I'm not alone.

I've been talking with many business owners who are in a similar season. Many are not necessarily starting over, but know it's time for something new, a re-invention of sorts.

P.S. While I'm still revamping my business, in my heart of hearts, I am still a coach. The type of coaching is morphing, as is how it fits in overall with my work, but I still love it. Often within the excavation, you find the clarity. 💎
